SEBI has allowed to float AIFs particularly to channelize investments in large infrastructure projects.SEBI has already put in place SEBI (AIF) Registrations, 2012 for regulation of AIFs in India.
STCL undertakes
- vetting of private placment memorandum.
- execution/registration of Indenture of Trust.
- executing Investment Management Agreement.
- arranging for SEBI Registration of AIF.
- doing all other legal and monitoring work in relation to AIF.
