Escrow Trustee
When the conclusion of a transaction is based on simultaneous mutual obligations, a neutral third party (called an Escrow Agent) is appointed.
As an Escrow Agent/Trustee we, inter alia
- draft and vet the Escrow Agreement and define the flow as required under the transaction structure.
- facilitate finalization and completion of necessary documentation.
- hold shares/money or any other asset in the Escrow Account.
- monitor the Escrow Account to ensure compliance with the terms of the agreement.
